Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Made it by recipe the first time . After that left out the Parmesan and added a tablespoon of garlic powder for the extra flavor. Big Hit

Deep Fried Pork Steak

Easy and good flavor. I thought that some of the spices might over power. Not the case. The only change that was made was to leave out the basil because I was out. When fried pork is going to be made I will use this recipe.

Bacon-Roasted Chicken with Potatoes

Easy one dish meal. Used chicken thighs only. Did not have adobo seasoning so I used Lemon Pepper on the chicken prior to wrapping with the bacon and Italian seasonings on the potatoes. Will make this dish again but will remove the chicken skin.
