Slow Cooker Parmesan Honey Pork Roast
I used a 4+lb pork butt roast (bone-in) without adjusting any other ingredients, and cooked on high for 2 hrs before I realized it was supposed to be set on low. Then cooked an additional 1.5 hrs on low and checked the temp. Internal temp was 165 so I turned it off - it was perfectly moist. Next time I will use half the honey - just a personal preference. The Basil was just the right amount but I love basil. I will use this recipe again. Thank you for posting!!

Baked Ziti IV
This turned out awesome! I made a double recipe and froze several pans. This is a favorite of all, especially the grandkids. I love the slight taste of provolone ...Yummy!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
At first I thought the sauce was going to taste to strongly of balsamic vinegar, but once the chicken was added back to the sauce and the tastes mingled more i realized it was just right. My family ate this up the first night and we ate the leftovers the next night...still as good as the first night. The only change was no Bay leaf or mushrooms on hand so I substitued thinly sliced bell pepper and onion. Also doubled the sauce and served over penne pasta. Thanks for the recipe!
