We LOVED this recipe! I made this for my Mum's birthday and it was perfect. Thank you for the recipe. I did make a few changes, though (it never fails XP). I did use breadcrumbs in place of the flour. I browned the chicken in the pan and then baked it for about 40 mins (I used whole breasts instead of halves) at 350. For the sauce I used chicken stock instead of white wine and I also added some dijon mustard and it turned out great! Thank you for the wonderful recipe, we will definitely be making this again!
