About this Cook
Hmm, a little about me.. Well, first I love cooking for people I care about. And I, absolutely, love cooking with my mom. I have a (sometimes) bad habit of being stingy with my recipes, haha. Although, I am working on that. It seems like I can never leave a recipe alone, I always have to change or add something to it. But, I think that's what makes cooking fun, taking a recipe and building on it, making it your own. I love using spices and herbs. My garden is steadily growing every year. This year I think I'm going to try canning. I love, love spending time with my lovely kitty and my wonderful puppy.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
We LOVED this recipe! I made this for my Mum's birthday and it was perfect. Thank you for the recipe. I did make a few changes, though (it never fails XP). I did use breadcrumbs in place of the flour. I browned the chicken in the pan and then baked it for about 40 mins (I used whole breasts instead of halves) at 350. For the sauce I used chicken stock instead of white wine and I also added some dijon mustard and it turned out great! Thank you for the wonderful recipe, we will definitely be making this again!

Claire's Yummy Crepes
I really like these. Very easy to make. I added about a teaspoon of vanilla to them and they tasted great. I'll definitely be making these again! Thanks for the recipe!
