Jewish Style Sweet and Sour Brisket
This brisket was out of this world. My boyfriend is Jewish and grew up eating brisket, but I am not super familiar with Kosher cooking. I gave this a try and WOW! It was so delicious and tender. I'm sure I'll be making this again... only next time, I will try making my own corned beef first out of London Broil, or perhaps another cheap piece of meat. Can't wait, and will update!

Pot Roast in Foil
This roast was awesome! I used two cans as other reviewers had recommended, and I added a healthy dose of Worcestershire sauce to the gravy mix as well as the bare roast before cooking it. I also added a half a pack of powdered ranch dressing mix, some ground mustard, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder to the gravy mix. This was more of a preference thing really. I'm sure it would have been just as good as written. I made it last week and my boyfriend already asked for it again. I added carrots today to the roast and will serve it with mashed potatoes. Already a household favorite.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
I make this cake all the time. It's always a hit with anyone that eats it (obviously, it's like a million calories, how could it not be delicious??) The first time I made it, I made it as is, and it was perfect. I have played around with the recipe over the years and tried some different stuff, like different pudding flavors etc. My favorite alteration, however, is to sub butterscotch chips for the semi sweet. Outstanding. Highly recommend this monster of a cake!!
