Thought this was a great recipe. I didn't have lemon juice, but I had lime...didn't affect it in any way. I'll use this recipes from here on out. Thanks!

From age 2 through 29, we all liked this dinner. I followed the recipe as I should except I added a lil heavy creamer and mushroom. This had a rich taste, the wine really set off the dish. I think this would be great with some sauteed shrimp or grilled chicken even. Thanks for the great grub!

Bruschetta III

I have made this about 5 times in the last 2 weeks. This is fantastic! Im absolutely hooked on this stuff. Everyone in the house loves it including the 2 and 9 year old. One of my favorite dishes to serve for gatherings too, I made 40 pieces and there was 2 left over the next morning....which I heated up and ate anyway :)

Stromboli

Really good...I used some ground turkey and it kinda made it into a calzone because of the balls of meat. I also used turkey pepperoni...Green peppers, onions, mushrooms, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and italian seasoning...folded...brushed with garlic butter and baked at 425. Turned out GREAT! I see how the pepperoni and salami and sausage help it stay flat to be more of a sandwich. I'll make it more like the original recipe on the next run. Love it though!

Shredded Beef Enchiladas

Graet alternative to ground beef and tasted great...I added cilantro and olives to the mixture and used enchilada sauce to coat the pan and top put ontop. Making these for the 2nd Oregon Duck game in a row...friends LOVED them last week.

Apple Crisp III

Ive been craving apple crisp for a while now, but never knew how to make....Just seemed to complicated with the oates and crust and whatever else you had to do!!!! Well, this recipe should be in the cooking for dummies book, cause it's fool proof and makes a GREAT dish everytime. My family loves it and it never makes it to the next day. Always gone the same night I make it. :) Thx for the recipe

Chicken Katsu

I've cooked this a few times and it's great with cabbage and tonkatsu. The few times I cooked it, it gotta pretty dark from having the oil too hot, once I got the oil temp under control the chicken tasted 10x better. great recipe, easy and the whole family loves it.

Angel Hair Pasta Salad

I added cucumbers and a few extra tomatoes....I used the Kraft Garlic Ranch and noticed that the shrimp runs about $10 for a 2lb bag frozen. I bought it, but also got some Scallops.....$3 for 2 pounds and it was just as good!!!!!! LOVE this recipe, I made a LOT of extra and it went to work with the wife, It was demanded that I give up the recipe ;) Thx!

Stuffed Mushrooms with Spinach

tasted great!!!! nuked the shrooms before stuffing them and baking them. My fiance said, "these taste like a steak." I wasnt sure what she meant, but they did have a similar flavor haha...very good!!

Roast Beef Burritos

This has became "dads dish". My go to meal when I wanna blow people away. I followed the recipe except for when i had only 1/2 the taco sauce on hand and used salsa to cover the rest... at the very end, I took the burritos, folded them up securely and fried them in extra virgin olive oil until the tortillas were golden brown.....The crunchy/warm texture of the tortilla with the authenticness of the beef was just...WOW....So good...I ate 3 on the way to a texas hold 'em tournement cuz I couldn't leave 'em at home :)

Amaretto Roasted Chicken

Made this twice now....each time it was pretty good. has a nice sweet flavor from the disarono i used, but overall, think I would rather have moms homemade orignally seasoned style bird....this recipe is a good change of pace IMO!

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

As far as taste in considered, this is one of the better chicken recipes i've came accross. I did everything as instructed, except added 1 egg to the milk, just to help the breading stick good....My wife and son both said "WOW" when they had a bite, if there was leftovers there wouldn't be any now for sure :)

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

That cilantro sauce was absolutely the best. I made some roast beef burritos and put that ontop of it and it was a hit! A definate must for partys here on out.....I made it exactly as the recipe said.
