Best Brownies

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2014
Made these last night and they were delicious. Followed the directions except for adding 1/4 cup of chocolate chips. Turned out great. They were most delicious while warm. We ate them cold as we'll but they seemed a little more dry after a few hours. Will definitely make these again!

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2013
This recipe is great! I didnt have oil so I substituted banilla (banana vanilla) yogurt for the entire amount of oil and they really were awesome and moist. The yogurt flavor was very subtle and cut back on calories as well. My family was digging into them before I could prepare the icing! I would make these again and again and serve them muffin style next time. Thanks for the great recipe.

Made this tonight and it was easy to make and excellent! I used plain breadcrumbs instead of crackers because I didnt have any crackers. I did cook the onions before adding them. Will definitely make this again.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2011
I made these last week and not sure what happened to them but the crumble on top wasnt very good at all. I put it on while baking as directed but it kinda just melted into my muffins. They were good but Iam not sure that I would make these again.

Perfect Turkey

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2011
Made this recipe last weekend when we had family in town. I didnt have thyme so I used a dry mix of italian dressing seasonings that I had stored. I didnt have time to brine it overnight so I did it for about 6 hours. The turkey turned out delicious and moist! Had a lot of compliments on it. I will definitely make it again.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2009
Made this pie for Thanksgiving, it was my first time. Turned out perfect and delicious! I added cinnamon and I used the Pillsbury rolled crust that you find in the refridgerator section. I made the top a lattice top design and basted it with corn syrup and granulated sugar for a nice finish on the top. Great recipe!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
I cooked it last night and it was awesome! I made a couple for the freezer too. The sauce was great and tasty! I tried the other reviewers suggestions of soaking the noodles instead of cooking them beforehand. I dont think it really worked for me for some reason? My lasagna came out a little on the dry side. However, I did have to heat it and keep it warm a bit longer than anticipated before serving it. That could have been it too? Hopefully the two frozen ones will be more moist. If not, Ill just be sure to cook my noodles next time. Fantastic recipe, thanks for sharing!!!
