Simple White Cake

Delicious cake! Moist and fluffly but held up well to being iced. I filled my cupcakes with a strawberry cream filling. I will definately make this again!

This one is a keeper! I made this for an early Father's Day cake and it was a huge hit. The cake was incredibly moist (I'm a little paranoid about dry cake so I did use a little simple syrup brushed on the cake just to make sure). I frosted with a buttercream and it was absolutely fantastic!

Coconut Pound Cake

Absolutely amazing!!! I made this into cupcakes and substituted roasted coconut juice for the milk in the cake. I also frosted them with a coconut buttercream. Defiantely the best cake I have made so far. Incredibly moist! Will be making it again as a birthday cake in a few weeks.

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares

I made this for my fiance tonight (he is a complete peanut butter & chocolate fanatic). I used 1/2 pack of butterscotch chips and 1/2 pack chocolate chips. Also added a cup of chocolate rice crispies instead of coconut and walnuts. Chunky peanut butter also gave it an extra crunch. Super good and will definately be making it again!

Meatball Cookies

Absolutely the best cookie ever! I made this at Christmas time for my fiance and he LOVED them, said they tasted just like the ones his Mom made. Everyone devoured them. Definately going to be making this cookie again.
