Sue's Hot Fudge Sauce
Five stars with these adjustments: Used only 1/2 cup of butter, only 2 cups of sugar, and increased the cocoa powder to about 1/2 cup. It did not crystallize in the fridge with this method. So much better than any hot fudge I've found in a store!

Creamy Cherry Tomato Salad with Fresh Basil, Corn and Onion
Didn't add the raisins and used light sour cream and a reduced amount of olive oil mayo. Was wonderful with fresh sweet summer corn...will definitely make again!

I use lots of clam juice in place of water and chicken broth. It adds so much more flavor to the dish. I make this often as a special treat for my boyfriend and I. Don't forget some good sourdough bread for dipping!
