Buttermilk Oatmeal Pancakes

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2013
I have made these many times, and they are great as is. Sometimes I add vanilla for a special occasion. These pancakes are thin, but that is how we like ours. The flavor and texture is delicious. When I tried putting blueberries in the batter it was too thin to work very well, so we put our fruit on top.

Marrakesh Vegetable Curry

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2012
WOWZA! My husband can't stop raving about this dish! I used the veggies I had on hand since I couldn't run to the store that day, so I ended up not adding the peppers and subbing a russet potato for the sweet. And I didn't have any spinach. But I'm looking forward to making the recipe as written. I will be making this again and again. Delicious. PS I didn't add the almonds so that my daughter could eat it, and it was still great :)

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2010
Very good on pork roast. A tad bit too much cayenne for my personal taste, but I do not like spicy food. I will make this again FOR SURE!

Vegetable Dill Dip

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2010
Delicious! Per other reviewer's suggestions I used 1 1/3 C. sour cream and 2/3 C. mayo. Full fat makes for a creamier dip (ie, not diet food, but oh so good:). Instead of Beau Monde I used 3/4 tsp garlic salt and 1/4 tsp onion powder. Letting it sit overnight is essential. It was so good my husband dipped everything on his plate in it; raw veggies, dinner rolls, meat. We loved it. Thanks, Catwoman2!

Curried Chicken Tea Sandwiches

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2009
This turned out very well, despite the fact that I didn't have a few of the ingredients. I added just a few sprinkles of curry because I was wary of how it would taste, but it was so scrumptious! The curry is a wonderful touch. Thanks!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2009
Don't use all-natural, 100% peanut butter. Use the cheap jiffy-type stuff. It will turn out much better. Also, I mixed mine in a stand-up mixer for about 5 minutes (maybe more) to get it nice and fluffy. SO GOOD!!!
