Every time I've made these collards for friends and family, they've raved on and on about how good they are. I have to make plenty of it because people always want some to go! Greens to go? Crazy ain't it. I could eat this as a stand alone I love it so much. Delicious!!

Broccoli Casserole

I made this recipe for thanksgiving. I followed the instructions, not changing a single thing. I've already got a request to make it for a friend who will take it to his job's christmas party! Needless to say it was a hit at thanksgiving.

Holiday Dressing

I made this recipe last night. I went for my thyme and I was out! Followed the recipe other than the thyme and I have to tell you. This is THE BEST dressing I have ever tasted hands down even without the thyme. Can't wait for my friends to taste it! This will certainly show up again in my home.
