WOWZA!!!! Everyone loved it. I made this tonight for our friends, and they absolutely loved it. It was delicious, but I think next time I may cut down on the brown sugar. It's a tiny bit on the sweet side for me. Liquid smoke adds an extra dimension to the taste...Don't skip it! Only change up was that I use apple cider vinegar instead of white. In hind sight, I'd mince up the onion even more so it will be a "smoother" sauce. All in all this is a keeper recipe. I will definitely make my ribs like this from now on. OH...I did double the recipe. I believe it's a must when you like to have extra dipping sauce. Our guests wanted to know the recipe...I just told them they had to come back again ;o)
