Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie
Very similar to the Wilton Giant Choc Chip cookie recipe, but larger. I love the Wilton one and the pans to use are very cheap. Find them online for only about $7. They make great cookies each time and have the recipe for that pan on the back.

Potato Leek Soup III
Holy Cow - great recipe. Haven't used leeks too much but this recipe makes it great.

Megan's Granola
LOVE this recipe--I actually double it as my husband eats it like it's going out of style. Use it plain, on yogurt, on top of oatmeal. Have varied ingredients based on what I have--always turns out great. I make it over and over!
