Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin
The BEST pork tenderloin I've ever grilled. I only marinated it for and hour in half the marinade and basted with the rest, so tender enjoy.

Korean BBQ Chicken Marinade
Excellent! Grilled chicken & shrimp (shrimp in aluminum pan), thickened for final basting.

Pork Marsala
The best Marsala I ever made. I used what I had, pork chops on the bone and portabella mushrooms. Definitely restaurant quality
