I first made this recipe without making any changes, it came out a bit dry and bland. I decided to add 1/2 tsp cinnamon, use 1/2 cup brown sugar, and use applesauce instead of oil. The second loaf came out moister and sweeter I know that the brown sugar makes it a bit less healthy but taste is also important. This was a great starter recipe. People can add their own personal touches to the recipe with out destroying it, and for that I think it is a great recipe. Don't be scared to add chocolate chips, nutmeg, raisins, etc to make this your own unique creation
