Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Love this recipe. Have made it a few tiems. I use red wine vinegar because i always have it on hand. But I also add feta!! YUM!!

Penne, Tomato, and Mozzarella Salad

I just made this ... i had been looking forward to it all week and I am so disappointed. By the time the tomates cooked, the scallions were turning brown and then when I added the mozz it all melted and clumped together. I should have read the other reviews first. Too much oil, not enough flavor.

Chicken Marsala

This recipe was excellent ... and so easy!!! I used a package of 4 chicken cutlets so it made it that much easier, I also took the advice and used chicken stock instead of Sherry. The only problem ... we both wanted more and it was all gone!! I can't wait to make it again =) Thanks for sharing!

Chicken Monterey

Very good ... very easy ... esp if you buy the chicken cutlets! I use more chicken stock (whole can) and less white wine (1/4 cup), but it still come out wonderful. I also garnish with some chopped tomatoes and green onion.

Penne with Pink Vodka Sauce

I made this for an Open House I had the day after christmas. It was a HUGE hit, everyone asked for the recipe ... and it makes enough sauce for 2 lbs of pasta. Very easy too!

Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

I started to make these according to the directions but soon realized i had a box of brownie mix that was 21 oz ... so i added the ing to make cake like brownies. they were a huge hit with coworkers and I liked that I didn't have to frost them!!! =)

Beef and Parmesan Pasta

This is one of my favorites, definitely a summer time must. It was a huge hit in my house, I think I've made it about 4 or 5 times now. I used extra beef broth and tomatoes.

Skippy Burgers

I also put in a half bottle of sam adams, having not read the reviews until afterwards, unfortunately, they were so soggy they fell apart as I turned them over. I wouldn't make this again, but enjoyed the experience. They were way too greasy for my taste!

Asiago Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

This recipe has a ton of potential ... it didn't tell you when to put in the sun-dried tomatoes, and didn't realize until into the process, so I used reasoning that they went into the cream sause. There was too much onion and not enough cheese for my liking, I would make it again and ajust.

Angel Chicken Pasta

You can't help but be skeptical from the ingredients, but my husband and I loved it. I actually only used 4 breasts and thought the amount of sauce was perfect... also served it over rice. Can't wait to make it again!!!
