Bacon Ranch Pea Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2014
okay--somewhat bland, ranch dressing doesn't seem to add anything--may as well just use mayonnaise and add garlic powder and some pepper.

Baked Potato Dip II

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2011
I assume this recipe is meant to be a topping for baked potatoes, and it is delicious. Reading the two reviews, people used it for chips!

Tarragon-Turkey Soup

Just so-so. I love tarragon so I thought it would be really tasty. Probably won't make this again.

Baked Potato Soup V

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2011
This was very good. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was too thick--even though I added extra milk at the end. Also, I cut the recipe down to 4 servings instead of 12. I see other reviewers added chicken broth instead of milk. Another alternative maybe would be to cut the thickening agent in half.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
Delicious soup recipe. I definitely will make this again and again. A little bit salty. The ham is salty, the butter is salty, and the bouillon is mostly salt. Next time I will omit the 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
Disappointing. Coating was so soggy and chops were too dry and not flavorful. Maybe if I had baked uncovered instead of covered as the recipe said, the coating would have been crispier. Don't know what the purpose is of all that butter. I followed the recipe exactly.

Johnny Marzetti Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2009
This is a great recipe--just delicious. Anyone I serve it to likes it a lot. I use the Hunt's tomatoes that have celery, green pepper, onions, and garlic, and omit the celery and green pepper. I still use the onion and garlic called for in the recipe.
