Curry Carrot-Leek Soup
Delicious! I added some fresh ginger and garlic to the soup before blending it as some others mentioned. Also served it with a little dollop of sour cream. Perfect when carrots are on sale and a good soup to freeze for leftovers.

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
Fantastic, just like the ones my mother made when I was a child when we ran out of Bisquick. My partner gave it a thumbs up.

Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, and Leek Soup
Good soup. A little overwhelming with the list of ingredients, but really you just chuck it all in a pot and away you go!
