Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2015
We love this recipe! It does make lots of doughnuts, so be sure to invite friends over to help you eat them up. They are best fresh!

I used fat free milk. Full fat would of been better.

The only thing I would change is to use low sodium soy sauce. Otherwise, it was great!

Adults and kids all loved these cookies. I followed the advice of others to underbake the cookies a smidge. They were soft and delicious.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2001
I tried the recipe minus the topping. It was light, fluffy, and tasty...not too sweet! I also added more fresh blueberries than the recipe called for.

Famous Pork Chops

I coudln't believe how well this turned out and I was impressed by how fancy it looked. I cut back the oven time by 10 minutes, because my chops were the cut thin. It was moist and delicious.

Fried Rice I

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2001
I left the bacon out, but added some Chinese style pork I made for that dinner. My husband loved it and asked me to make it again. It took awhile to make because I though that when I put the rice in the pan, it would of browned on it's own. It didn't do so until I put the soy sauce in and that 'browned' it. Next time it won't take me as long.
