This frosting was amaaazinng! I had issues with consistency, but that's not the recipe's fault. Also, to make the whipping cream hold, I took 1 tbsp of strawberry Jello (I didn't have unflavored at home), mixed it with 1/4 cup water and let it sit. Then cook it on low heat, until the Jello dissolves. Let that cool for a few minutes (but don't let it solidify). Add that slowly to your partially beaten whipping cream and you will automatically see a difference. Your whipping cream will hold and not become loose for a good couple of days :)
