Cream of Tomato Soup

My husband and I really enjoyed this! I loved the onions which added a bit of crunch and I also made brown rice and added a dollop to each bowl before putting in the soup. Topped with a little grated parmesan cheese. I will definitely make this again.

Southern Burgers

Yummy! The second time I made these, I added chopped onion to the mix and also cooked them in the oven broiler instead of the frying pan. I made 4-5 patties, not 7 like the recipe called for, they would have been way too small!

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Yummy, I made them using veggie crumbles instead of meat and they came out great. Cooked them in my convection oven on "Speed Cook". I also used yellow and red peppers along with the green to add color.
