This was a fantastic recipe! Not only was it DELICIOUS, but nine times out of ten, you will have these ingredients in your kitchen already. I told my friends I was going to make some cookies, and they were shocked to see what came out of the kitchen with me. AND, they were easy to make!

Elk Shepherd's Pie

Great recipe but make sure to be liberal with the salt and pepper. The recipe to add says to taste, but game meat contains no salt so don't be afraid to put extra on. I also made an herb brown gravy to touch it up with and it was very nice!

Spicy Cranberry Chutney

Wonderful recipe, but do not expect it to come out as this picture suggests. This wonderful effect (as you see it in the picture) can be achieved by threading your chunkier and/or heartier ingredients onto a simple series of kabob skewers held together in the middle of a molded tower of white rice. This will take nothing away from the taste but will still leave you with the photo-grand image you see in the picture here.

Chicken Nut Puffs

It seems to me that this recipe is one that needs some tweeking to make it delicious. I have done this with recipes before, and found that if the reviews (which get better as people change them) are best deleted and resubmitted in the improved manner.
