Dough Ornament Recipe
This is a great recipe. I rolled out the dough and made letter ornaments for each child in my childrens' classes. My one special tip would be to use food coloring after cutting the shapes and making the hole with a straw. I put one drop of food coloring on each ornament and immediately rubbed it in with my finger. A couple of my fingers are now stained, but it was well worth the vibrant colors!! I then cooked at 250 for several hours (flipping after an hour or so). So fun. Thank you for the recipe!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
The ultimate praise - I went to pick my 4 year old son up at preschool and was stopped by another mom. She informed me that her daughter loved the bread I provided for snack time & this was rare for a VERY picky eater! Only changes I made to make more child-friendly was to slightly reduce the amount of each seasoning and made a light brown sugar, butter and cin. glaze. Big hit! Thank you!!

Prize Winning Baby Back Ribs
So very good! I cook tons of ribs and this was such an easy/good tasting recipe (advice to keep lid shut - very important) I will do again TIP - easy way to get membrane off - use dull knife like butter knife, slip gentely under membrane and work back and forth, use paper towel to grasp and slowly pull, repeat with dull knife as needed. Should come right off!!
