Simple White Cake

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Very good! I also used 2 cups flour and 1 cup powdered oats. Good cookies but not the best I've ever tried.

Peanut Butter and Banana French Toast

Good, rich, a little salty. I took the suggestion of adding cinnamon to the egg mixture (good suggestion) and adding chocolate chips with the bananas both were great suggestions that I recommend as well. Next time I'm going to cut the butter in half or use an alternative.

Gina's Lemon Pepper Chicken

Good! I did what many before me did, I used butter and olive oil to help keep the chicken moist. I ran out of garlic powder so I used minced garlic.

Well my husband loved it. I thought is was ok. I tasted too much mustard. I used honey mustard as someone else had suggested to cut out the mustard taste a bit. I think I'll try it again since my husband enjoyed it so much but try different mustard options.

Pesto Chicken Florentine

Even my husband liked this recipe. He is very picky. I used more spinach, pasta and chicken than the recipe called for since my husband doesn't like very creamy pastas. Delicious! I'm not a cook and it was easy enough for me to cook!

Raspberry Balsamic Dressing

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Very good, or in the words of my grandmother it's the "best soup I've ever had"! I'm picky about my soups and this soup topped my list. Be careful when reading the directions. It's a little unclear about when to mix the creamy part with the soup part.
