Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs
Following this recipe will result in the BEST reibs that you have ever eaten. This recipe is almost perfect as written. My only change was to use a commercial (McCormick's) Dry seasoning rub before placing in the 400 degree oven .

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This is a fast and excellent recipe with a resulting quality product. This is so good that I van't think of a single thing to change. Just Perfect. If using a convection oven lower temp by 25 degrees.

Grandma's Corn Chowder
This is a super recipe for corn chowder. I used chicken stock in place of water in the basic recipe, and freshly ground pepper ( use commercial grinders) and sea salt. It was really good, all bowls were cleaned. Super Recipe.
