Blueberry Zucchini Bread
Excellent! I used 1/2 veg oil and 1/2 applesauce but otherwise did not change a thing.

Butternut Squash Rolls
This was a great way to use up some frozen squash from last year. Generally it is good, but almost too moist. It kind of gummed up when I went to eat it..... sort of like it does when you use potato

Nonnie's Ham Chowder
This was excellent. I only used white onion because Vidalia are not in season now, I didn't have the chicken bouillon so used about 1/2 of the 3 cups milk and 1-1/2 cups chicken broth. I also sauteed a little celery along with the onion.
