Chicken Breasts Pierre
I made this last night and the family loved it, even my picky daughter... I did make a few adjustments. I used whole peeled tomatoes in puree, 28 oz can. I sliced the tomatoes. I added onion and lots of sliced mushrooms. I also added a few capers which goes with any chicken meal and crushed red pepper. This meal was great.

Grilled Marinated Shrimp
I made for a BBQ I had over the weekend. I recieved nothing but rave reviews for this recipe. I followed the directions exactly as called for and marinated it for 8 hours.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler
This was the easiest recipe to follow. It was so simple I never thought it would turn out good. It was aawesome. I only used 3 tbls of butter and mixed it when I put the batter in. I used 3 cups of fresh strawberries.
