You can put these buns in the fridge overnight, and then pop them in the oven the next morning. Also, my oven gets too hot on the bottom, so I put my baking pan on top of another one so that I had double insulation on the bottom and they baked perfectly! I'm trying them this morning with some raisins mixed in with the dough, like a raisin bread cinnabon. Sounds yummy, we'll have to see! Super great recipe!! I'm so glad it was shared.
