My favorite things to cook
Roasts, soups, stews in winter.I love baking cakes, biscuits, cheesecakes - but do less of this with watching the calories -more used now for special occasions!
My cooking triumphs
A chicken lasagna, low fat 'rich' fruit cake,all types of soup,casseroles,roast meals.
My cooking tragedies
Bread & cakes mad ewithout gluten/dairy- rarely had failures in any cooking until changing the grains.Any advice gratefully received! Gradually 'getting there! It's experience that wins the day!
