Brown Sugar Meatloaf
This dish was tasty. Glazing was a little sweet for my taste even though I already reduced the ketchup and sugar by half. Next time I will reduce them by a little bit more. Next time I will use 2.5 TBSP brown suger, 5.5 tbsp of ketchup, and 1 tbsp worcester sauce. For the Meat load, I also added 2 tbsp of worcester sauce, 1 tbsp of garlic, used 1 egg, used 1/2 corn flakes and 1 tbsp of bread crumb instead of 1/2 of bread crumb. As other readers suggested, I put slices of fajita bread on the bottom of the pan to soak up the grease, spread 1/4 of the glaze on the bottom, fill in the meat load, then put the remaining glaze on the top. I baked it for 1 hr. It was juicy and tasty.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
I baked it 250F, 4.0LB chicken with the skin on for 3hours exactly. and it came out so deliciously tasty and juicy. I love it so much. It was my first time making the chicken and I loved the juiciness and the flavor of the meat. My friend who is a cook also loved the flavor. I didn't eat much of the skin, but I'd say that if you like the skin, you may want to bake it on a higher temp for 30 min or so for a more crispy taste of the skin. I don't eat the chicken skin so it didn't matter to me that much. I love this recipe and so did my friends. I didn't alter the recipe. I skipped onion power and white pepper because I didn't have them, otherwise I stuck to the original recipe.
