GREAT flavor! I loved it and so did my hubby and my 2 1/2 year old son! The only thing (which i don't agree with tho.. lol) is that my hubby agreed with a few others, that it would be better, cubed, next time. I liked them better whole. THANKS

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Oh.. My.. GOODNESS!! This was the best fish I have ever had! I've tried fish lots of different ways, and could never even choke down any fish that wasn't fried.. thank goodness you were sweet enough to share this!! My hubby is trying to lose weight and I'm trying to lose a little baby fat and this will DEFINATELY be a favorite, even when we're done dieting!! I LOVE this! Thank you sooo much!! **The only thing I changed was I didn't have garlic... But it would have been even better if I did!!

Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce

You HAVE to add about 1/4 cup of parmesan, and saute fresh mushrooms and garlic. add garlic powder, too. It doesnt taste right without it!! put in with grilled chicken strips and penne noodles and it will taste even better than Johnny Carino's !! hehe

Baked Potato Skins

WOW!!! AWESOME!! I like microwaved better for some reason. I used red potatoes. I mixed Tony's (cajun) seasoning, garlic powder, and nature's seasoning. wow!!! Thats all i can say. WOW! lol THANKS SO MUCH!!! I will be making this again!!
