No Sugar Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2015
These are awesome healthy treats, but you need to be realistic on your expectations. They are NOT oatmeal cookies. They are good treats for people who limit their sugar intake. I read all the suggestions and added unsweetened coconut, shaved 85% dark chocolate, and raisins.

I used TJ brown rice and cooked for 3 minutes and then added to the skillet. It could use a little more spice. Maybe more onions. I just threw in a few handfulls.

Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2009
Yummy! My husband loved this too. Trying to make this lower fat, I added about a third cup of oil instead of a half cup. I also used low fat Best Foods mayo. I omitted the salt, pepper, and sugar. I also used Honeybaked ham company's mustard. It is a honey mustard.

Baked Omelet

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2009
I use the recipe almost every weekend. I change it around and add sauteed onions, pepper, ham, bacon, etc. I have even added canned all meat chili. It's a great delicious recipe.

Shepherd's Pie Complete

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2010
This was delicious. I listened to the other readers and didn't use as much gravy. Also, I didn't think it was necessary to put cheese on top.

Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2013
Absolutely delicious. It was the best pork roast I have ever had. I added about 1/8 cup honey and used Salt Lick rub.

Busy Day Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2012
Rather than add water as some people suggested, I added chicken broth. I filled the crock-pot about an inch or two high with it and then added a few shakes of cayenne pepper. I rubbed a spicy barbecue rub by Rudy's all over the chicken. After that I smeared barbecue sauce all over the chicken. It was delicious.
