LOVED this easy recipe. I did make some minor changes. I used turkey kielbasa instead of regular. I also used whole wheat rotini, a 28 oz. (undrained) can of diced tomatoes, fresh parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes and fresh cracked pepper along with the chopped onion and garlic. I cooked the rotini for nine minutes separately THEN added it to the sauce (which simmered covered while the pasta cooked). I added fresh parmesan cheese at the very end. My husband loves this and it doesn't elevate his blood sugar at all. SO easy. Thanks.

Bryan's Sweet and Hot Tomato Pasta Sauce

Excellent recipe!! As some suggested, I tinkered with the recipe slightly. I sauteed a half cup or so of chopped onions with the garlic. I only added a half cup brown sugar and added 2 tsps. of crushed red pepper. I served it over store bought crab/lobster/shrimp ravioli I purchased at our local BJ's warehouse store. Since I had some frozen jumbo shrimp in our freezer, I also added them to the sauce till and cooked till done. I served this with fresh Parmesan cheese. DH went CRAZY over the recipe. Thanks!!

Pleasant Pork Chops

Definitely an easy and yummy recipe!! However, SOMETHING was missing (for me at least). Instead of the two tsps. of paprika recommended, I added ONE tsp. of SMOKED paprikia. Also, I used fat free sour cream although at the end of cooking the sauce, I added one heaping tspn. of cornstarch mixed with one tbsp. of water and added that mix to the sauce. We absolutely LOVED the flavor. Also, we DID simmer the porkchops for an hour because we like them fork tender. WOW!! Great recipe. Thanks so much.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

My husband loved this dish SO much that he dreamt about it . This is a real keeper. Great for company, family, friends or even picky eaters. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!

Sugar Coated Pecans

I've made these every Christmas to rave reviews. However, I beat TWO egg whites till stiff, add the one cup of (white) sugar, no salt or spice, but I DO coat the cookie sheet with a stick of melted(salted) butter and spread the nut mixture over it. Bake at 325* for a half hour, turning every ten minutes. DELICIOUS!

Creamiest Rice Pudding

I followed the directions exactly. This was the BEST rice pudding I've tasted. Even people who aren't crazy about rice pudding ask for the recipe. Thanks for sharing a real keeper.

If you follow this recipe as written, you can't go wrong. Mmmmm...don't be discouraged by the naysayers. Perhaps there was a problem with their ovens or preparation. Very good. Thanks.

Tangy BBQ Ribs

Restaurant quality ribs!! I made these exactly as written. Absolutely awesome!! One problem was that the sauce was SO good my DH ate almost ALL of it and he's type two diabetic. Next time I won't serve the ribs IN the sauce.

Chicken a la King I

Wish I could give it more than five stars. I did add some cooked (frozen) peas and a tablespoon of sherry. I omitted the green pepper and mushrooms because one child is a picky eater. Everyone loved it. Will make again. Thanks!
