Peanut Butter Bars I
Let me start by saying this recipe is a crowd-pleaser!Tasty and easy to make. I used a stick and a half of butter. Chilled the crust before the chocolate topping. The downside of this recipe is how to avoid the chocolate from breaking up when cutting into bars. HOwever, after nearly cutting all the bars. I did find cutting halfway into the bars first (a section at a time) helped alleviate the breaking.

Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup
Excellent! Had chicken broth on hand and the soup was still crazy good!

Chicken Marsala
Definitely double the mushrooms and the marsala wine. Since I did not have the room in my pan for both the mushrooms and chicken at the same time. I cooked the chicken first then place the pieces on a cookie sheet and kept them warm on a low temperature in the oven. Then cooked the mushrooms in the sauce until done. Plated the chicken. Ladled the sauce/mushrooms over the chicken.
