Easy Peach Crisp II

I made this with canned halved apricots and it came out great. This recipe yields WAY too much topping for my taste, I will make half next time. I love how simple it was to make!

Beer-Batter Onion Rings

The amount of beer depends on what type of beer you are using. When we used dark beer we used about 50% more, but when we used the light beer the recipe was spot on. I think it tastes better when made with darker beer, and the batter is less dense.

Peanut Butter Noodles

This dish was easy to make, but it was a little sweet for my taste. I wound up adding a little more chili sauce and a bit of garlic paste for an extra kick. Next time I think I will reduce the peanut butter, cut out the honey, and add in some sauteed garlic instead of paste.

Salmon Rosemary Burgers

I reduced the rosemary by about half, and added a half teaspoon of garlic paste. (I'm a HUGE fan of garlic) They were so easy to put together, and surprisingly easy to grill... no broken or crumbly patties. Goes great with wasabi mayo too!

These were really easy to make for my 6 year old daughter and I. We went a little overboard with the melted chocolate... we dipped each cookie until it was half covered!!! We also made our own vanilla sugar: 1/2 cup white sugar, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract in a freezer bag. we let the mixture dry while the dough was sitting. The sugar became clumpy, so we crushed it back to granulated form. It worked perfectly! Great recipe!
