Wheat Germ Whole-Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes
These were great. They were a little flat but very tasty. For the buttermilk, I used 1 TB / 1 cp. milk. I used baking powder. I used Honey Crunch Wheat Germ from Kretschmer. For the whole wheat pastry flour, I finely ground hard spring wheat berries. I added pecans to one side while the other side was cooking. I will definitely make these again.
