Beefy Barbecue Macaroni

Very good. It is much better with cheese sauce. next time try different flavor BBQ sauce. Was a hit, will make it again.

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes

It was good as is, only small change was to add 3-4 drops of Vanilla extract. Helps add hint of flavor. They were great without syrup.

I made this tonight with the Quick & easy alfredo sauce. I made this sauce first then added half pound cooked medium shrimp. Let it stand for 15 minutes then cooked up some fettuccine pasta. Then added the pasta to sauce with shrimp reheat about 5 minutes. YUMMY! I did not soak shrimp in butter I put it in the sauce I made and it was great. My Boyfriend had 2 servings. No veggies this time.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Was very easy to make. I am a newbie to the cooking thing. I did find adding the Parmesan Cheese before milk helped melt it better. I only used 1 3/4 cup milk. It was just thick enough.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Ok - easy recipe. One thing missing, It needed 2 eggs not one. 1 egg the mix was dry and crumbly, when I added the second egg it work so much better. AS far as taste, I will get back to that after x-mas .
