Really good! I like that it makes a LOT. I had leftovers even! Very good but next time I'll decrease the sugar by 1/2 a cup.

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: May 15, 2009
I give this a 5 with the changes I made. I bought oven-ready lasagna noodles so I didn't boil them. I used my crock pot to cook the chicken, I put 2 cups water & 2 tsp chicken bouillon with the chicken on high for 2 hours. Then I added a chopped yellow onion and red bell pepper and cooked for another 2 hours on high. To make the chicken mixture I strained out the veg & chicken with a slotted spoon then measured out a cup of liquid to add the the mix. I also used 9 noodles and layered in this order: sauce, 3 noodles, sauce, chicken mix, 3 noodles, sauce, chicken mix then cheese. I covered with foil and baked for 1 hour. It was amazing!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 8, 2009
This was really good, but next time I will cut the brown sugar a bit. It was a little too sweet for me. I used 1 pound of ground turkey and cut all ingredients accordingly except the eggs and onion. Also I used Ritz crackers. Finally..I would make sure to chop the onion very fine and make sure to get a small onion unless you like a lot of onion.

Empanadas

Reviewed: May 5, 2009
Pretty good..I used Strawberry preserves. The dough seems a little bland but when you roll it around in the cinnamon & brown sugar it helps it out. Maybe next time I'll add some vanilla extract to the dough mixture.

Baked Spaghetti I

Reviewed: May 1, 2009
OMG!! This is sooo good! I used a whole white onion & a large green bell pepper, it was a little bit more than a cup each. Also, the tomatoes I got were the Italian seasoned ones so I didnt add any extra seasonings. The parmesean cheese I used was out of the shaker can. Super easy and wonderful!

Really really good! I ate it with powdered sugar...which was good, but I think it might be better with cream cheese icing. Also , I followed the advice of the other reviews.
