Bianca's Green Chile Pork

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2011
I have made this recipe several times and followed the instruction exactly. It is a wonderful and very tasty dish. My husband doesn’t usually like cilantro, and with it cooked down, it wasn’t overpowering. He even liked it. We eat this with Spanish rice and homemade pinto beans. The meat is very tender.

I have used this recipe about five times now with pork. I grill the meat and it is full of flavor!

Simple White Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2010
Way better than a box cake and very easy to make! The cake has a dry texture, just the way I like it. I added food coloring to batter to make it fun. We made pink and white cupcakes.

Cut-Out Cookies in a Flower Pot

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2010
This cookie dough is awesome. I was able to take the ball of dough out of the fridge and bake a few cookies at a time. I hate baking a batch of cookies and having it go stale after a couple days. I wrapped my dough in wax paper and then with plastic wrap. It stayed good for two weeks! My two year old son really enjoyed decorating these durable cookies.

Excellent in a tortilla wrap with what ever you want. I ate mine with salsa, sour cream, and melted shredded cheese.

Used 6 eggs and 3 cups of cake flour. It turned out great! Mixed condensed milk, whole milk, and whipped cream and poured it over a small serving.

Cherry Crumble

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
What I like about this recipe is that it’s homemade, easy, fast, and taste great! This can be whipped up in 10 minutes, shoved into the oven prior to preparation of dinner and by the time you are ready for dessert…ta-da, a warm treat ready to be served with ice-cream and coffee.

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2010
Wow these were so good! It makes a big batch. I poured the batter into individual zip-lock bags and froze them. If I know I'm going to make them in advance, I thaw them in the fridge the night before. It tastes wonderful with Nutella spread and sliced bananas.

This was fantastic! I added goldlen rasins to the batter. This is like a coffee cake. It's great with coffee.

Easy Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2009
No doubt an easy recipie, however, the texture is more cake-like than a cookie. It maintains its shape while baking which is nice, but it's not what I'm looking for when it comes to finding the perfect oatmeal cookie.

Extra Easy Fudge

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2009
I’m not a chocolate fan, but my husband, kid, and neighbors are. I was looking to find the easiest fudge recipe and this is it! It only took me 5 minutes to throw this together. I used 50% milk chocolate chips and 50% peanut butter chips and melted it in the microwaved for one minute, stirred it, and microwaved it for another minute. I mixed it with a triple chocolate frosting. It was very good once it hardened up in the fridge.

Cheesy Corn Casserole

I did not add the onions. I used sharp cheddar cheese and added jarred jalapenos. Easy, quick, and delicious. What a great side dish to have with turkey.

Strawberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2009
I used fresh chopped strawberries and fresh blueberries. I also added a few teaspoons of Polaner 100% All Natural Fruit Spread to the final batter. This is a super easy recipe and I like the fact that I did not have to use butter! The taste is good.

Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2009
The recipe is excellent! I used lime zest instead of lemon zest as that is all I had in my fridge. I've made this recipe two separate times and both times they turned out tasting and looking great! I put them in the fridge to keep for a few days and microwave each muffin for about 10 seconds to get it warmed up to have with coffee in the mornings.

Easy Key Lime Pie I

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2009
I used four whole eggs (because that is all I had), reduced fat condensed milk, and a the entire 6 fluid ounces of concentrated limade (I like it tart). I baked the pie for 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes. I let it cool on the counter for one hour and put it in the freezer for two to speed up the cooling process. It was perfect.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2009
This pot pie filling is tasty and the sauce is great. I poured a corn bread topping over the filling instead of using a pie crust and baked it a little longer to cook all the way through. It was very good.

Waffles I

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
This is easy to whip up for breakfast as I always have all the ingredients readily available. This is so much better than purchasing the ready-made mixes at the store. They freeze well! We reheat them in the toaster, spread Nutella on it, and have it with vanilla ice cream for a spectacular dessert.
