Lentil Loaf

I read a few of the reviews before making this recipe. I added an extra egg and used ketchup instead of tomato paste. For the dry soup I used Cheddar potato. I sauteed: half an onion finely diced, 2 garlic cloves finely diced, 1-2 carrots shredded and 4-5 mushrooms finely chopped and added those in. I also mixed in a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese. When it came time to add the bread crumbs, I used Panko Italian Style and also sprinkled a little more mozzarella cheese on top. I whipped up a quick vegetarian brown gravy to go with it, and this was delicious! My husband and I both enjoyed it very much, and I will be making it for us to eat at Thanksgiving dinner in place of turkey.

PHILADELPHIA Vanilla Mousse Cheesecake

Delicious! I topped this with fresh raspberries. I've made it twice now, and it was a hit both times! Also, the vanilla mousse works as a great fruit dip.

Jonny's Easy Garbonzalicious Tangy Artichoke and Bean Salad

I made this for a family get together, and I gave it a 3 out of 5 because while some loved it, others hated it. It has a very distinct tangy flavor, so if you're not really into that, I'd say this recipe is not for you.

Tofu and Cheese Stuffed Shells

This was really good, but I found I had to make way more sauce and filling. For the sauce I used a whole large can of Tomato paste and about 4 fresh diced tomatoes. I also added more spices to taste. For the filling I added 2 garlic cloves minced, and also added about 1 C chopped mushroom. I found that I had to add extra carrots and zucchini as well. An entire box of cooked shells would not fit in the 9x13 pan, but I did use all the filling to fill what I could fit in there.
