I posted a Hollandaise recipe here years ago and it has stood the test of time, but there were typos in it, typos that many people have noticed and pointed out. Yet, it still remains at the top.
It should be 1/4 Tsp, or a pinch, for both the pepper and the salt, not a Tsp.
Thank you to all the good people that noticed it and corrected, it's still the easiest method around to create perfect hollandaise.
