Christmas Red Pickles

I made these last week and it is a big hit so far. They were eatting them before I had them jarred! I tied a pretty bow around them and stuck a bow to the top and will be giving them out to friends and family for christmas. I will keep one for us at home and one to put out to eat on christmas! We will be making again. The only thing I will probally change is jarring it when its done cooking instead of it sitting overnight.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

I just made this for my family and friends and it looked like a lot of salad but it is gone!!!!!!! Everyone went crazy over it!!!!!!!! This was the best spenach we have ever had! The only thing we changed was silvered almonds to sliced and white vinegar to apple vinegar. This is one I will be useing again very soon!!!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

I double the recipe on this one cause I had a 29 oz can and it asks for a 15oz can. Everyone went bonkers for it. I baked it in snowflake shaped silcon pans and everyone loved them.

My family loved this!! I didn't make a gravy but I did add chopped purple onions to it and it was great!!! We will be doing this again!!
