WOW!!! This is the deal breaker of all time. Do not plan on leftovers unless you are the only one eating it. Easy, creamy, finger licking good. There was none, not a smidge, not a drop, not a twinge, left--it was that good. Used two cloves minced garlic, lightly sauted in olive oil before adding milk and cheeses--instead of garlic salt

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Listen to the grapes--it is a "HOLY COW, Batman" of a recipe! I finally struck gold today. Took this to a church lunch and it was gone in no time. As the last spoonful was being ladled on her plate, the person looked up and said, "I hope you were not planning to take any of this home!" I did make a change based on readers' comments, GRAPES!!! Grapes, man, grapes! It is the deal cincher and it is fabulous. Must have red onion and the sunflower seeds could be any nut, made the dressing just as it was written. BUT it's the GRAPES! Did I say Grapes? Yes, GRAPES! Will be making this a lot!

Easy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

I have been looking for a scalloped potato recipe that was as good as Reser's Bistro potatoes which we get at Costco and this is it! I left out the ham and peas and prepared it exactly as the recipe called for--absolutely great! We were scraping the side of the dish after it was all gone! Will be making this again soon! Easy, tasty and so very creamy!

Best Ever Hot Artichoke Dip

I had a taste test at my office and this came out the winner--hands down! We served it at a party and I had more requests for the recipe than any other recipe I have ever had and that says it all. I tried it with lowfat Mayo and low fat cream cheese on New Year's and felt it was even better--Less oil allowed for more taste for our liking.
