Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten Free)

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2013
These cookies are delicious! I also used two eggs instead of an egg substitute. They are moist, chewy, and taste great! My family loved them.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: May 12, 2012
This is the best cobbler recipe and soooo good! We go blueberry picking every year and love to use fresh blueberries for this cobbler. But it's also good with frozen fruit as well! Very simple too.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2011
The sauce is great. Very flavorful. But the chicken was really dry and the sauce stayed really runny and didn't caramelize. Next time we are going to use bone in chicken breasts, marinate them for a few hours in the sauce, grill them instead of bake them. Will be back to say how that turned out. The sauce is so good it can be used for many things, dipping, salad dressing, or on other meats for marinade.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
This chili was really good. But REALLY spicy!! My husband and I both love spicy food, but this one was a lot hotter than I like. The flavor was great though. I will definitely make it again, but will probably skip out on the tobasco sauce and use half the amount of cayanne pepper.

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2011
This was just a good meal. It kind of tasted like pot roast to me. It wasn't really quite what I was looking for. I agree with the other reviewers, definitely wait until later to put in the onions and peppers because they get really soggy. Wish I had listened to their advice!
