Farmer's Market Vegetarian Quesadillas
I found this a bit bland, so I added fajita seasoning and used pepper Jack cheese. With these changes, the quesadillas are great!

Tartar Sauce IV
Outstanding! I had only bread 'n' butter pickles, but I added dried dill. Looking forward to using dill pickles next time. Fantastic with Salmon Cakes II from this site.

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup
I used frozen broccoli from my own garden and home made chicken broth. Added a bit of grated carrot which didn't change the taste but added color. Topped each bowl with grated cheese and croutons. Yummy and just right on a cold winter night!
