I was looking for a recipe for chocolate cupcakes that included cream cheese in the batter, not just poured in the center. Found this recipe and replace the margarine with 8 oz softened cream cheese, and I used unsweetened dark cocoa powder. The cupcake came out moist and very tasty, not as sweet as cake. Next time I will adda bit more milk, but otherwise, they were a BIG hit! Next time I want a chocolate cake, I will make this as written, except for adding extra milk.
