Broccoli Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
Yummy. I followed the advice of others and doubled the broccoli and the cheese; omitted the cornstarch and my hubby and I loved it...it does make quiet a bit though. Next time I might do like GinnyAnn1 and add some cauliflower and carrots that sounds yummy

Taco Rice

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2009
I have made this recipe a few times now...it's awsome...we omit the black olives and use tomato sauce as well as a can of rotel style tomatoes (w/ green chiles). I cook it as a side to burritoes, enchiladas, quesadillas, and fajitas....thanks for a great recipe

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
This was pretty good. I mixed the mustard and honey together before drizziling on the chicken. Then I cut up the bacon and sauteed it in a pan before topping it on the chicken. I also had some roma tomatoes that i need to use so I cut them up and seeded them and topped the bacon with them then topped with cheese...my husband and i both agreed that this would be excellent sandwiched between two slices of bread and a piece of lettuce....thanks for the great recipe

My hubby loved this!! He requested it a week after I made it the first time...which he never does!!!! I only used 10 oz of biscuits, other than that I stayed on point with the recipe. Thank you so much...definetly going to become a staple at our home I think!!

Peppered Bacon and Tomato Linguine

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
I made this last night and it was good a few changes I did....I doubled the sauce (as previously suggested) and next time I think I may even add another can of tomatoes to it. I reduced the amount of bacon grease in it(used about 1/2) and added some canned mushrooms (we just like them). I also sprinkled in some dried orgeano, rubbed sage, and garlic powder. Oh and instead of green onions I used a regular onion. It turned out really well!!! Thanks for the great idea...

Pesto Pasta with Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2009
We loved this. I used store bought pesto, but I am going to try making my own next time. Followed the other reviews and cooked the chicken in the tomato oil, added some fresh mushrooms and cooked the chicken, tomatoes, and mushrooms in the oil and some chicken broth then added it to the pasta and pesto. Mixed it all together and we loved it! My hubbie said that this was a reasturant quality meal and he would want me to serve it when we have guests over! Thank you for such a great recipe

Special Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
This was my very first time making homemade frosting. I followed the directions of some of the other reviews and did 1/2 shortening and 1/2 butter....I used only 5 or 6 cups of sugar...it turned out wonderful!! I made strawberry cupcakes with this icing for my hubbies bday and the icing piped out wonderfully....and it was very tastey...thank you so much

Polish Cabbage Noodles

This was a good recipe. My hubby loved it. I warmed up some polish sausage in the skillet I cooked the cabbage in (after I had added the cabbage to the pasta).
