My cooking triumphs
Learning new techinques and cooking a variety of meals for my family.
My cooking tragedies
When my husband and I first started dating I wanted some mac n cheese. Got it started and we got to talking, forgot about the mac in cheese (box at that) and burnt it severly...black noodles any one!

Special Buttercream Frosting
This was my very first time making homemade frosting. I followed the directions of some of the other reviews and did 1/2 shortening and 1/2 butter....I used only 5 or 6 cups of sugar...it turned out wonderful!! I made strawberry cupcakes with this icing for my hubbies bday and the icing piped out wonderfully....and it was very tastey...thank you so much

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken
This was pretty good. I mixed the mustard and honey together before drizziling on the chicken. Then I cut up the bacon and sauteed it in a pan before topping it on the chicken. I also had some roma tomatoes that i need to use so I cut them up and seeded them and topped the bacon with them then topped with cheese...my husband and i both agreed that this would be excellent sandwiched between two slices of bread and a piece of lettuce....thanks for the great recipe
