Loved this recipe. My young adult boys love Mexican and Italian food - what a great way to combine the two. I used salsa, but other than that, I cooked it as dircted. Yummy!

This was wonderful! I didn't have thyme, so I added some italian seasoning, orageno, garlic salt, salt and pepper (all to taste). I also included a pound of italian turkey sausage. It was amazing!

Yummy recipe! Thank you for sharing, Cheryl. I took this to a potluck and it was devoured. To make it a little more healthy, I used half Spenda and half sugar. I have plenty left over for Thanksgiving. I might take other peoples advice and make it for friends/neighbors around the holiday. It also smells wonderful when it's cooking. Yummy!

This was awesome. I've been looking for a good minestrone recipe. This one definetly rivals Olive Garden's. I did add a pound of browned, drained, and rinsed Italian sausage and two bay leaves. Thanks for the wonderful recipe, Jamie!

This was pretty good. The meat was very tender. The BBQ sauce was alright, but I've had better bottled sauces. I probably won't make this again, but it was an okay dinner that was easy to make.

This was amazing! I halfed the cheyenne and black peppers as well as the salt. I also added some rinsed black beans to the salsa as another reviewer recommended. Lastly, I was a ding-a-ling and used my wrought iron skillet to cook it on the stove top. Duh...I almost "died" from the peppery smoke. Next time I'll put the skillet on the grill to get the crispy outside of the fish. Be sure not to overcook the fish; 3 minutes per side was perfect! My 16 year old son who never eats fish...LOVED it! This will definetly be a staple in our house. ___________________ This time I doubled the fish as the salsa goes a long way. Be careful to just sprinkle the spices on the fish. I grilled the fish on the grill in a wrought iron skillet. AMAZING!

I think this was unbelieveable chicken. You could taste each of the ingredients individually and they meshed together beautifully. My son that doesn't like grilled chicken breasts really enjoyed it. I will definitely be making this one again. Thanks for the awesome recipe.

I thought this spice mixture was amazing. I didn't rub the ribs and let them sit overnight and will do that next time. I rubbed the ribs, wrapped them in foil and backed them at 200 for four hours and then put them on the grill and slathered them with bbq sauce. The ribs were tender and oh-so flavorful. This is definitely a keeper.

This was very good! My picky teenage boys really enjoyed it too. Since they eat so much food, I did 12 oz of whole wheat pasta instead and doubled the sauce to make it go a bit further. I loved the flavor of the pasta after boiling it in the bullion cubes. What a great idea!

I halved the recipe and followed the directions to a T (with the exception of using fresh "Simply Potatos"). It had a wonderful flavor, was very easy to make, and is definetely a keeper.

This is incredible. I followed the recipe incredients and baked at at 375 for 30 minutes. It was the hit of the party. I highly recommend this appetizer....

These meatballs have incredible flavor. I doubled the recipie and only put in one and a half tsp. of red pepper; they were spicy and good. I took the advice of other posters and baked them at 350 for 30 minutes. Once cooked, I added them to my basic spaghetti sauce and simmmered it for about an hour. I decided that I'd make meatball hoagies. Yummy! Once the meatballs and sauce were done cooking, I split up some good, crusty bagettes, added the meatballs a little sauce, motzerella and parmesean. Incredible. Everyone loved them and I have left overs for spaghetti.

This was wonderful. My local store had a spicy cajun chicken sausage that was incredible. I used that in lieu of the italian sausage. I also didn't have fresh garlic and used jarred instead without removing it from the pan. I added a little parmesean cheese on top and walla...it was wonderful.

Runny, but good flavor.

Cooked according to directions...sauce runny, but chicken very tender and flavorful.

I thought this recipe had an amazing pop of flavor. I increased the salsa by a quarter cup and used light sour cream. We loved it!
