Tortellini Pasta Salad

Love love love this pasta salad! Of course I sliced up the summer sausage when adding it. Sometimes I add sliced avacados or marinated artichoke hearts too. One thing I love about this recipe is that it is so versatile and can easily be adjusted to your own personal liking.

Green Punch

I made this last year for my son's "Under the Sea" themed birthday party, everyone loved it! I made an ice ring with gummy turtles that added a special touch to it. This year I am making it again for his Dinosaur themed party and we are calling it "Swamp Water". I know it will be a hit again this year!
